According to the Radio Marketing Bureau (RMB), RADIO listening habits haven't changed for Canadian adults since the first annual Foundation Research Study was released in 2006. RADIO continues to play a big part of our daily routine with the versatility to reach Canadians on the go. Results indicate increased listening in 2009, during the work day and in-car.
Average media time spent, media ad avoidance and RADIO's influence on online activity were measured. Highlights include: 39% of Canadians 18+ have visited a RADIO station website & 58% of those who listen to RADIO online are streaming local RADIO stations.
